Five/I Enterprises, LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is an independent private equity sponsor and consultancy. Located in the financial capital of the South, we mainly focus on opportunities in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Five/I teams with institutional capital partners and family offices to invest in growing, lower-middle market companies. A typical transaction for us involves a Founder/Owner looking to diversify their personal holdings, but is still passionate about growing their business with the support of capital and strategic partners.

Five/I also works with companies and owners that want to establish a foundation for rapid growth, to develop a succession plan, to take on institutional capital, and/or to sell their business. In situations where the Founder/Owner is not quite ready for a transaction, Five/I can help position the company for growth without institutional capital and/or help position the company for a transaction down the road.
